Ever since our last house show with Fort Defiance and the Chelsey Michelle Duo, I've been itching to go live on our Facebook and our website. This project has been a long time coming, heavy on our hearts for years, and I can't thank Pam & Joel Bernkrant enough for helping make this happen. We owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to all the musicians we've hosted over the years, going back to the original Glenstock with Mr. Local himself, Glen Hull. And the community. Wow. I can't even. We have met the most amazing people on our journey, heard the most incredible stories and shared some of the greatest music on the planet together. Without you, none of this is possible. If you're reading this, chances are you've inspired me or someone I know personally too. I hope to write more about our inspiration, about what drives us to create, in the coming posts. We're going to get personal, we have a lot of people to love on!
So what ARE we exactly you ask? We are a community of fans & artists committed to great music who share at least one common denominator: House shows are the best shows.
Visit our about us section to learn more about what we believe and why. We're nowhere near ready or perfect but if you wait until you're "ready", you might just never do anything. So we'll learn along the way, make adjustments and hopefully get some feedback from our community on what is and isn't working.
In the coming months we hope to share ore of our story with you through great house shows and select articles on this blog. The topics here will range wildly and we'll feature guest writers from time to time. We all have a story to tell. These are the voices that need to be heard and the stories that need to be told.
